Hey all, I have been traveling down this road for nearly 2 years, it started with a motorcycle accident, went into a year of bladder symptoms (urgency, frequency, diagnosed with pelvic floor but still having problems after PT) this whole time I had fog and other issues. NOw that I am trying to figure this out I can confirm I have the following symptoms:
Signs to look out for
Abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, and constipation alternating with diarrhea (irritable bowel syndrome)
Tension or migraine headaches
Jaw and facial tenderness
Sensitivity to one or more of the following: odors, noise, bright lights, medications, certain foods, and cold
Feeling anxious or depressed
Numbness or tingling in the face, arms, hands, legs, or feet
Increase in urinary urgency or frequency (irritable bladder)
Reduced tolerance for exercise and muscle pain after exercise
A feeling of swelling (without actual swelling) in the hands and feet
Chronic muscle pain, muscle spasms or tightness
Moderate or severe fatigue and decreased energy
Insomnia or waking up feeling just as tired as when you went to sleep
Stiffness upon waking or after staying in one position for too long
Difficulty remembering, concentrating, and performing simple mental tasks ("fibro fog")

which I copied these from another thread. I have pain that started in my lower back and radiates down my legs. I have a throbbing feeling in my ankles and knees (even and on both sides) when I'm having a bad day (or after doing something outside the house for more than an hour) I also wake up in the middle of the night and if I stretch I will get my whole leg frozen in a massive muscle spasm that is incredibly painful. My hips commonly pop and I have alot of pain in them as well. My legs fall asleep incredibly easy, and not just fall asleep I'm talking totally numb cannot get them to work for 5minutes or more. I had a very bad reaction to alcohol about 2 months ago (so bad I haven't drank since) I essentially blacked out from a very limited amount (2 glasses at home) and had nausea/dizziness/vertigo that comes and goes now. If I stand up "too fast" I have a tendency to feel like I am blacking out which has happened about 3-4 times in the past 3 months. I also have cloudy vision that comes and goes with my "bad days" as well. My confusion is the most frustrating, I forget weekly school deadlines, I get my days of the week mixed up or completely lose track of time (to the point that it is scary) or I get confused, today I had a 250 word limit post...I did 150 and SWORE I remembered seeing 250 word count on my document. Minor things I wouldn't forget otherwise and is severely messing with my school. This past week I have felt fantastic to the point where I almost think its getting better and then today is a bad day, severe fog, I feel like Im being drained, my vision is cloudy, I'm super moody suddenly ( i just want to be left alone) I'm exhausted even after sleeping 10 hours. I know that it is hard for all of you to diagnose over the internet, and I have my appt set for a rheumatologist soon, but with my blood work all coming back okay (I didn't get to see the results) Im at a loss....could it still be CFS/RMA? I have been sent through the hoops to even get my Pelvic Floor diagnosed that I am worried I will get shut down as I walk in the door, especially with my list of problems in hand (several doctors act like I'm crazy or a hypochondriac.

SO much guilt with all of this, I keep telling myself I am being weak or its all mental. I have been trying to activly work on understanding my limitations but have isolated myself from friends because i feel so guilty, misunderstood and that I don't want to explain why I cant eat certain foods (or drink, or have bad days)...without a doctor diagnosis. Thank you for reading my wall of text also.

Sprinkels,
From all your symptoms and since your blood tests are normal it is possible you might have fibromalgia or else your going crazy from all the symptoms your experiencing. :)
I am curious about your age, because some of the symptoms come on with older age and not necessarily fibro. You might have several things going on all at one time. Have you seen a rheumatologist yet? You might need to see a urologist for the bladder problems. If those doctor's don't find anything then move on to a neurologist to find out about numbness and tingling issues.
Sorry I can't be of more help. Generally if all bloodwork is normal that can point toward fibro, but you need doctor's that believe it exists. Go to the rheumatologist appointment, he might be able to help you.
However, just tell him the very worse symptoms. If you go in with a list of problems a mile long he won't take you serious. They call long lists of symptoms, shopping lists. If you have too many complaints they send you to see someone in mental health instead. Good Luck!

Thanks for the response! I just turned 29, which is why this is so devastating and confusing. I have already seen a Uro/Gyn Specialist who diagnosed me with Pelvic Floor disorder and have been going through treatment for several weeks now.

Thank you so much for the suggestion, I will def stick with the worst which at this point is the memory fog, confusion, and pain in my lower legs. Also throbbing in knees and ankles if I walk for any real distance.
