Cant find a doctor, who understands Fibromyalgia

I asked my neurologist if it was under rheumatology or neurology. It was emphatically stated rheumatology
Fully agreed with all this. If given that choice, neurology will always feel it belongs to rheumatology and not to them. However if the central sensitization syndrome (CSS) theory as cause of fibro "in the CNS" (central nervous system) were true, then neurology should accept being responsible. It's just that even knowing that they haven't a clue what to do with knowing it. As the last criteria developed were by the AAPT in 2019, who propagate the CSS theory and invented the new 3rd pain category "neuroplastic" for us, praps the pain specialists should be the ones responsible, but they also don't know what to do with it.
Since the symptoms are so manifold it should be a team of experts at the hands of a GP/PCP. But no one wants to pay for that.
As no one really knows what FM is and what to do with it yet, it's understandable that no one wants it.
So it may just come down to finding a doc interested, regardless of their speciality.
Or rather as the complexity of my symptoms incl. the intolerances to most normal treatments overwhelms all docs, I personally can't imagine making use of any doc except what I do do: Asking those willing for bloods to guide my supp self experiments.
