Cant sleep kidney infection turn this week

Was ill last week due to the doctors stopping my pregabalin and Made me go cold turkey ended up with really bad palpitations now this week got a kidney infection and cannot sleep even tho I'm exhausted the joys

Had to take that medicine, very harmful to my body, got off of it quick; one of the worst ones the doctor tried on me. I heard Europe has a successful medicine, not here yet and don't know the name though.
