Car sick

now I've never been great in a car. But lately if I feel really tired and not to good ,even sitting in the front I feel so ill.
It's like I've been on broad a ship at sea. Could fibromyalgia do that do u think .?

Could it be related to the imbalance issues? Not sure. I haven't had that symptom.
