Cbd or turmeric? 5htp or Sam-e?

Been doing some research and trying to decide what supplements to try first.
Just diagnosed after blood work and neuro exam showed nothing. Already taking multi, b12, fish oil, magnesium and melotonin.

Dr suggested cymbalta or lyrica but I declined for now.
My biggest symptoms are on and off fatigue and brain fog, and constant burning aching pain in my legs, pelvic area and sometimes arms. Parathesias in legs. Also some anxiety and depression.

I don't know what the laws are in your state regarding medical cannabis, but if it is legal there you might want to try it. that is the thing that has helped me the most. I take a tincture (NOT going to inhale anything into my lungs, thank you very much!!), that is 50/50 THC and CBD. It has helped me more than anything else I have tried in the years I have dealt with fibro.

Calcium and magnesium are good for leg pain; I have found mine is less since I started taking those regularly. Be careful with which kind of calcium it is; some absorb better than others - do the research.

Depression and anxiety are my companions as well. :( Best thing for that is to go outside (well, that's what works for me, anyway). There are days when I can't manage that, but when I can it always helps. Going for a walk doesn't exactly cheer me up or anything, but it takes me out of the horrible fog of depression. As for anxiety, let me know if you find something that works because I struggle with that, too.

Thanks for your response. I do want to look into MM.

I agree on exercise, or a walk when it’s nice out.
My youngest is 4 and we belong to the Y, so having the babysitting is the best way for me to get exercise. Im starting to learn I need to exercise more often for shorter lengths. My last two workouts I did weights for only 25 min then stretched for a long long time! In the past I’d do too much and then be down for 2 days (like eveb finding it hard to do small chores).

I started the Sam-e and I do think my mental clarity and energy has improved a bit. As for anxiety..
I’m trying to pinpoint what makes me feel anxious.
Busy stores! So I just tried putting in my earbuds listening to my favorite band (Queen!) and that helped a ton. I could focus much better.
