My rheumatologist suggested I start seeing a reflexologist after my last appointment. I went and saw one at my normal physical therapy office. When I had my session she thought that I would benefit from craniosacral therapy instead. I am willing to try anything to help so I agreed and if it didn't help, we would go back to the reflexology.
I had my first session yesterday and I can stay without a doubt that it has helped. I have had this lower back pain for 10 months without any relief and after that session it was gone. I don't really understand what it is she did exactly, but it was awesome. I am hoping that with my next sessions that we see more improvements with my other symptoms.
