I have been reading a lot about Wool underquilts. Has anyone used them? Do they help with your sleep? I have a hard time sleeping through the night and wake up with tingling, numb arms and a sore back. The Cuddle Ewes are quite expensive, but if they work, I will save the money and try to purchase one as soon as possible. Any suggestions for other things that might work would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was very lucky to actually be given one of those as a gift... my loving mom did it! I must say that it seems my sleep is better now, now the mattress is such a delight to sleep on! I totally recommend it if you can afford it. They are expensive, but worth it! So glad my mom gave me one as a gift!

I use a down matress topper and am very satisfied with how it helps my sleep. I have a queen size bed and paid about 100 bucks for it. You might try something like this to help with your sleep. I know there are a few people on this forum who have tried one and all agree they are very good.

Are they itchy, though? I struggle with wool for this reason.
