Dead weight

well tonight my arms feel so heavy I can hardly lift them. My legs feel like jelly.i really hate this when I get it.i shake like I've done 100 press ups.u no the feeling then u feel so heavy that u can't sleep because u can feel the weight of your body ,does that make sence to anyone .?

Makes total sense. For me it's like my body feels so heavy it's collapsing under its own weight, but it can't collapse because that would take energy it doesn't have. Or even that it's hard to breathe because moving one's ribs and diaphragm just take way too much effort and muscle, especially when the rib cage is so heavy. So I just sit there, feeling heavy, and constantly aware of feeling heavy.
