Diagnosed today, give me all the tips and tricks.

@sunkacola ans @30 plus years Amitriptyline ( taken primarily for nerve pain) and mirtazapine (originally for pmdd) both help me fall asleep and mostly stay asleep.
Took some juggling with dose and times to take them but work so well. Apparently I still shout out a lot at night when I move but that is solely due to pain issues.
