Does anyone have problems with their hands

Hi. Yes, cramping, twisting. I swear rigor mortis is setting in sometimes. I've actually had my abdomen cramp twice and watched it twist and stick out of my body, that was scary. Like something from a horror movie.

How awful. That is kinda creepy isn't it. I wonder what is causing our bodies to do these things.
