I find that the only way to stave off night fatigue is by eating. Generally not just light snacks but full meals. However when I eat no later than 7pm, and Don't eat until 9am the next morning, I find my fatigue in the morning is significantly less.

Eating the full meals after a certain time as you call them, might help your fatigue but unfortunately I think you might find that going to sleep on a full stomach could impact a lot on your sleep.

Everyone is different of course but I often find that if I eat after a certain time at night, it affects me the opposite it does you, and I end up feeling even more fatigued than I would without the meal.
