I overheated so bad today in my house where the AC is set at 69 degrees my fiancé threw me in a cold shower. He said I had rocsacea like veins raising to the top of my cheeks and my face was as red as a beat. He felt my forehead and freaked out. That’s when it was cold shower time and breathing techniques. Scary. Doesn’t help my anxiety. This over heating thing all came with the fibro. Doesn’t wanna make me do anything this summer. I never thought I would be waiting for a Jersey winter to come.
