well most night when I go to bed my feet ache really hurt its awful I can't sleep till it stops .
I've also today found the sunshine so draining .im so hot anyway. Do anyone else boil first thing in the morning after there first cup of tea or coffee?.

By "boil" do you mean, feel hot? I cannot drink hot tea in summer as I feel hot the rest of the day, but I live in the high desert, it can get up to 110*F or down to the teens in winter. So in summer I switch to ice tea.
