Fibro and paresthesia

I know my own body though (I’ve had it for a while) I didn’t have my pain till I started eating them, I think fimi was right (it probably was the sugar) I think fresh is better than tins (pretty sure they add stuff) lesson learned with that one ⭐🌟✨

t must be hard to test for they must be tiny?) also last night I had pineapple chunks before bed (wound up my leg pain something chronic!)
I second @suncakola that once doesn't count and @fimi that it may have been something else in/with them.
Also I can think of lots of things like oral allergy (that'd be me) more likely than leg pain.
But as I bet you still have some and the desire for them, so keep us posted - maybe not quite as much next time...?
 
nope no more just that tin (it was small and I didn’t eat them all and I won’t be eaten no tin ones again no no no ✨⭐🌟
