Fibromyalgia Pain Meds

Question
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 5 years ago.
I am in PT 3x/week now and my pain meds include dry needling, exercises, cyclobenzaprine, Lyrica and Tylenol with codeine as needed.
Does anyone have any other pain remedies or meds they can recommend? I would like to eliminate or replace the Tylenol with codeine and the Lyrica.

I recommend that you try medical cannabis in combination, usually 1:1 with CBD. This is very helpful to me.
Also, welcome to the forum! And read my post which has lots of suggestions for how to manage this condition without the use of drugs. Some of those things may help you and make it possible to use fewer pain medications. I pretty much do all of those things and they have helped me to go from taking heavy duty pain medication daily to having days that, while not completely pain-free, I don't have to take medication.
