doc diagnosed me with the lowest vit d deficiency disorder he has seen!

not my fault i dont like sunlight. im antisocial i only come out late at night lmao.

i have to take vit d pills very high dose!

Me to I'm on 20300 a day for three months. He told me I am facing brittle bones if they don't somehow keep it up.every time I stop the pills down it goes.
