Flare or flu

Well I feel ill. My skins on fire ,I want to rip my legs off.everything hurt.i just don't no what to do with myself.
Sweating one min hit the next.
My heads banging. But I get this with a flare as well.mits so hard to tell.

Well it was not a flare or the flu I have Tonsillitis .thanks for the kind thoughts x
