So I had my flu jab today :-( feeling depressed about the whole situation. I suffer with asthma so I had to get it but im regretting it now. As if I dudnt ache enough already now my arm throbs and I ache more. I suppose I should feel lucky at keast I wont get flu gid knows how I would cope with that too
