Map pain on you body. Record weather ,pain intensity ,happiness.
I did pay a little extra to
Record stress And fatigue you can then email
It to your health care professional.
I'm bad at pen and paper so this has been really interesting

You must be reading my mind! I was just now thinking I should ask if anyone uses an app to keep track of their symptoms.
