Hello, from a newbie in the Highlands :-)

Hi everyone, I am new here... but fibromyalgia and I have been associates for around 8 years although I was only diagnosed in May 2012. I am looking forward to making some friends on here as I live in a remote area with very little support available for this kind of health problem.

gotfan, Welcome aboard. I hope you get to know the whole forum by searching around and take time to answer and post questions. I hope also you learn some new coping skills and about things you can do to make your life easier. You no doubt know some coping skills that might help someone else who has just gotten diagnosised with fibro, and can offer a hint or two to them.

Look around the forum and post where-ever you choose and we will try and answer any question you may have.
