Hello my name is Tim.
I was told I have fibrositis when I was 16, I am now 48.
For years I have put up with pain, not really understanding what was going on.
I also have arthritis, so I always put the pain down to that.
Never could understand why the pain was in my muscles...
My GP has now told me that she suspects that I have fibromyalgia, something I had never heard of before. I did not know that in the UK fibrositis is the old name for fibromyalgia.
I went to the GP because my body finally said no more.
My memory is shocking, spelling bad.
Tired all the time, pains in back, neck, hands, wrists, knees, jaw..
Just all over really.
I am like a little old man in the mornings, no disrespect to old men...
Not much fun this is it..
Still, keep smiling.
Tim x
