I have only been diagnosed with FMS since but I'm pretty I have had it much longer than that. I also have cervical neuropathy and am also being tested for rheumatoid arthritis. The pain can be unbearable at time but I work closely with my doctors for the right medication mix. I currently have a good mix although occasionally I have break through pain.
I hope this site will provide some helpful options that I may not have heard about yet or I might help someone else.
