I am "Mercy" and have lived with Chronic Pain Syndrome since 1986...or so. I have a ruptured cervical disc just below the fused discs at the base of the skull. I ave developed arthritic osteophytes that protrude into my spinal canal, leading to c-spine stenosis.

I hope to make a few friends and to contribute where appropriate.
