Hi I’m waiting for an ‘emergency’ neurologist appointment, which I’m told will take around 3 months. That’s a bit of a relief as my mum waited over a year for one re neuralgia. Anyway, all indications seem to lean towards fibromyalgia. At the moment I’m just trying to treat/cope with the symptoms as well as I can, which isn’t well at all. I’m finding compression helps a bit, particularly with burning skin. I’m happy to receive any advice for the best way to arrange info for the neurologist, and would appreciate guidance on a suitable app, if there is one, to monitor symptoms. Also if anyone has experience with compression clothing, I’d love to hear about that too. Currently I’m just wearing a long sleeved top that’s 3 sizes too small and arthritis gloves. Pain reliever wise I’m on cocodamol 30/500, gabapentin and using dermacool and voltarol gel which don’t help much, none of it actually.

Anyway don’t want to drone on, just say hi

Xandra
