Hi all! I'm new here. I saw this post and thought I'd weigh in. I try to get the most bang for my buck in a smoothie. Over the years I have compiled a vast collection of smoothie recipes and eventually I created one that has all of my favorite flavors and incorporates the most healthful ingredients! You can always tweet it to your personal likes.
One handful frozen berries
One cup almond milk (unsweetened)
One cup spinach and kale
Half banana
One scoop protein powder
Blend the kale and spinach with the milk until reasonably smooth
Add the rest of the ingredients minus the powder
Blend until smooth
Add powder and blend for about 5 more seconds
May need to add more almond milk if its too thick
Thats it!
