Hi Stokie,

Hi, and welcome to the forum. I also have problems with my lower spine - some regrettably damage induced, and some disc degeneration - plus all the fun of fibro

Have you worked through tests with a doctor to rule out any other health condition that can mimic fibromyalgia? Frustrating to do, but definitely worth the effort in case there's something else going on that needs attention.

Otherwise, this forum is a great place to find support and management tips for the condition. While it sadly doesn't go away, it's pretty amazing how much fibromyalgia can be improved with finding the right approaches. I hope you discover all of the information that you need to make progress and feel a fair bit better in the not-too-distant future 🌻

Thanks for the advice it seems like fibro is what they are thinking I've had blood tests and been tested for spondylitis and have no imflammation damage so they are now sending to a pain management.

Sorry for missing words out I do that lot lol

No worries - the fog does that! Well done for getting so far down the diagnosis path. I hope you're not finding it all too overwhelming. It's a lot to get our heads around.

There's a great pinned post at the top of the general discussion section of the forum from our lovely moderator, Sunkacola. It's her guide to getting started with fibro management. Perhaps have a read if you haven't already.
