Hi,
I am a relatively new member, but must confess I read a lot of posts without commenting. I finally decided to say hi, and ask a question that I have not seen on the forums.
Diagnosed 3 years ago, with Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia. I see my doctor about every 6 months, as we live 2.5 hours away. I'll be seeing him on Tuesday and hoping to have a better appointment. Usually, he just gives me a 6-month prescription and that's it, but I don't say much to engage anymore conversation.
What is the best approach to discussing symptoms? Reporting whats in my pain diary, discussing specific issues of the last couple of days, discussing general issues? I'm not sure where to start, and want to be sure to make the most of my time with him.
Really appreciate any help.
Cheers!
