I am new here and even though I have had fibromyalgia for several years this feeling is different. I have other diagnoses but they c cause this.

I feel that as well. Not as frequent as some would think though.

After a flare-up, my anxiety kicks in and the jello legs feeling soon follows. It usually takes about a week, but I know that the migraine thighs (I tell my family that the pain is like a migraine headache in the thighs) will soon turn into stressed/jello legs. And I thought it was just me...

It’s not uncommon,we get many tapes of aches and pains and feelings ,tired or shaky legs or arms feeling like jelly is normal.

Yes I get that quite often. Walking down the stairs can be risky

Yes, I jokingly refer to this as my "mermaid legs".

They feel that way mostly at night. I can do exercise or shop or something in the day and not feel it but then at night, even on days when I have done nothing physical, they feel like there is jelly inside them.

My stiffness all day and night is perhaps the opposite? - (GABA has helped considerably.)
