Daz, this is a great community of pain and fibro sufferers, it's a valuable resource where you can come ask advice or vent when you feel like no one understands what you are going through. No one here will judge you or make you feel unwelcomed. These forums and the people on here have helped me through some rough times and also given me an outlet to give back when I am having a bad flare up and can't hardly walk and feel terrible. I can get on here and take my mind off some of my pain and feel good by helping others. Thanks for joining and don't be bashful, let us know if we can help you with anything.
