Welcome to the forum How long have you been dealing with fibro? Our moderator Sunkacola created a fantastic guide to managing fibromyalgia symptoms that you can find here. Perhaps things you already know, but maybe there's something useful for you there. If you have any questions or thoughts, or just want to have a good vent, this is a great place to be!
