I have been in a battle with fibromyalgia for 35 years and am a little encouraged to
discover it is being recognized more and more for the debilitating illness it is.

Hello and welcome to the forum. This is kind of nice as I have a good friend who lives in your neck of the woods. Anyways. glad you found us and I am looking forward to hearing about the coping skills that you have used these last 35 years. I am sure you have some great ideas for taming certain symptoms of fibro.

In the mean time make your self at home and post anywhere on the forum where you wish to share your thoughts. Ask questions as well if something comes to mind. As you have seen there are many different sections and even off-topic for fun.
