My name is Christine. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 11 years ago.

Just wanted to join for support and give support if able.

I've pretty much had my symptoms under control for many years, but lately it's starting to get worse. I'm having more bad day than good.

Hi there! glad you found us and welcome to the forum. I am sure you will find lots of coping skills and new ideas for getting rid of the pain and other symptoms that fibro sends our way. Please feel free to jump in and start posting and answering any questions you want too. This forum is about helping others and in turn helping ourselves by forming new friendships with others who suffer with fibro.

The best part is that we understand what your going through, be it physical or mental issues, like pain and depression. We all get the pains and we all get depressed, because fibro makes it hard to do the things we like doing and it takes away so much of our lives. Having someone to hear us who understands is a great pick-me-up on sad and lonely days.
