@missy1407 ...so sorry to hear this. It is true that for many of us there is no medication that really helps all that much. Most of us have found, though, that is we work hard experimenting with many different things, and combine dietary changes with exercise and utilize things that are positive for our mental health, utilize any extras that we find that help with regard to sleep and comfort, we can each of us sort of put together a "program" that is custom designed for us.
Unfortunately, no one can tell you what your custom designed program is or looks like, we each have to find the energy to do the experimentation to find out for ourselves, and sometimes that is a real challenge. But it is a very worthy pursuit, even if it takes years, so I always encourage people to do it.
Reading what helps others can give you some ideas, and I recommend you try everything that you can. There's a post that offers a bunch of suggestions, and reading that can give you ideas of where to start. I'll link it here.
Medication can be a rollercoaster. It's a very individual thing, whether you decide to do medication or not and which one you use may also depend on what you can get where you are. The experimentation on that can be hard on the body and the mind, but if you do find something that helps it can be worth it.
Best of luck to you!

But I believe that if you can do these things, it will improve the quality of your life.
First thing to remember is that Fibro is not a death sentence and if you learn how to manage it, it will very possibly not always be as bad as it is now.
