Just looking for advice(?)

Hi everyone thank you for your time in advance. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at a young age, around 14-15. I had pains, sleeplessness, brain fog, migrains, tmj(wrongly diagnosed I assume) anxieties., etc, among others. As a result of family issues, my diagnosis was forgotten and I went about life as normal and dealt with my issues as if they were separate things- I had a headache because I didn't sleep well, I didn't sleep well because I had night terrors- any excuse besides
