Flexibility and mobility difficult , try applying " pile " cream......its difficult......such a small tube of cream , like toothpaste squeeze, and it goes everywhere !!!!!!

Two weeks ago I spread the salad I was making all over the kitchen (which is where our guinea pigs run around a lot...). My wife looked at me and started to go into pity and catastrophe mode. I laughed my head off, got a sieve, put everything in there, washed it, just took 2 mins. My wife just stood and stared, caught unawares. Sometimes she overcomplicates things. But fibro means simplify-everything and like you say: try to laugh whenever you can.
