Has anyone ever tried the myofascial release therapy? Or the spray and stretch therapy? I have no doubt that this can relieve and lessen stress. And the great thing about the spray and stretch technique is anyone can learn to do this to help someone.

It is very basic therapy that is a step up from regular massage therapy. It just seems to be more of a core massage than regular massaging. It get down deep into the muscles and really loosens them up.

When I obtained my massage license I learned cranial sacral and myofascial release. Both work wonders, although sadly I have no one else to do it but myself, but they do work when I need to do them. Many people are unable to do so themselves, and do admit that getting some areas for the myofascial release are not easy. There are many other therapies very similar to the spray and stretch. I have done some raindrop therapy in concordance to it.
