NADH has been tested experimentally and found to be effective 31% of the time. Since it boosts energy production, NADH increases energy production in muscles and relieves muscle pain and fatigue. Oral NADH reduces fatigue, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. It alleviates fibro fog by improving concentration and memory capacity. I have not learnt of any brands but the generic version should be taken in doses of 2.5mg two times a day for 14 days and after that, 2 times a day.
