For the past 2-3 years I've been dealing with a bunch of symptoms. I've seen a few specialists for these symptoms separately. Like a neurologist for my migraines, a urologist for my frequent urination, cardiologists for my palpitations, psychologist for my depression etc. never really thinking they could be all connected. For years now whenever I got a massage or touched my back the pain was horrible. I just chalked it up to stress. A few months ago I went for a facial, she gave me a quick neck and arm massage. The pain was severe. I was in pain for about a week after. I went to see my primary and told her about all this. My constant fatigue, waking up several times a night, constant palpitations, migraines, weight gain, depression, constantly having to urinate and explained to her in length about the pain I feel in my back. She did an exam and she mentioned it sounded like fibromyalgia. She referred me to a rheumatologist. I went today explained everything. He basically told me that fibromyalgia doesn't cause the symptoms I have. That it must be muscle strain and to not get massages.
I feel completely at a loss. Is this accurate? Should I see another rheumatologist?

Thanks in advance

Welcome. First off cemetryme has a post called do I have fibromyalgia .give that a read.
From personal experience ,yes touch can feel like hot branding irons on your skin.a light touch can make some folk cry.
Pain that shouldn't hurt much can make u want to pass out.over active bladder is normal for a lot of fibro ppl.
