Hi, how is everybody? In pain is probably the answer. I know I always am. I hope its okay that I am on here. I may or may not have fibro. I have sjogrens disease which my dr says is in the same family. My daughter has fibro, as well.
I will try to walk ten minutes on my treadmill, just to get moving. It will be a long venture with many stops and starts but I will persevere.

In my case, I'm a family member of a fibro patient, but I'm kind of "spying" to see what I might be able to relate to my dad. It sounds like you're taking the right steps, trying to learn more and keeping active. Good luck to you!
