Hello all,
I am new to this forum and so far love it! I have had fibro/IBS for so many years I forget what it's like not to be in pain
So glad to have a forum where I can "see" what is helping others and maybe help someone else in the process.

Welcome to the forum. I am glad you have jumped right in and started posting and helping others. It is so great having you here and hopefully you are learning new coping skills for yourself by reading and sharing. Take time to go all over the forum and join in on the fun stuff too.
