Hello everyone.
I was diagnosed in 2015. I am still on my feet and active most of the time. Right now here in PA our temperature's are dropping and I am feeling more achy. Do cooler temps bring more pain for you?

Yes cold Bad! Hot Bad! Answer.
Heating blankets, hand warmers, gloves. Theres some socks you can buy that make a huge diffrence.
Hot.....Stay in shade. Dont expose yourself to heat between 1 pm and 5 pm. Have fans for every room you live in.
Steady supply of ice water.

Hi cjshipi, welcome

I was also diagnosed in 2015, and like you I am still pretty active, though not as much as I used to be.

I do have more pain when the weather changes. It's like I don't adjust as well as I used to.

I think a lot of us have difficulty with temperature regulation. I often get really cold in the evenings and need to take a hot shower or use a heating pad to warm up enough to be able to go to sleep. But if I warm up too much (i.e. stay in a hot bath too long) then I can get overheated too.

I didn't used to have these problems a pre-fibromyalgia.
