Thank you so much for all your advice , I had already your previous post and it all makes perfect sense .
I rarely drink alcohol and follow a gluten free and dairy- free diet and have recently cut out caffeine, just think the sugar may a problem so need to lower that now . I’ve played around with my diet for years now to manage the ibs and wanted some help with what suits fibromyalgia

No, sweetkamie, you think wrong. It was after you made suggestions that Clare said dairy-free! 🤗. Quite on the contrary you're the only one of us that got Clare's name right first time! (I've now quickly edited, after realizing my booboo 😊 ...)
