New to this site

Just found this site today and happy I did. I was diagnosed with Fibro 11 years ago and still struggle with the symptoms every day just as each of you do. I look forward to reading what the other members have found that work for them, and hope that I might be able to help someone as well. :smile:

Just wanted to give you a warm welcome into the forum. I hope you have been reading through all the posts, old and new, to gain some helpful ideas on managing your fibro. It often takes me a while to catch up to all the new members and so forgive us all for not responding sooner. I think the topic's most needed are the ones on dealing with the pain of fibro, as well as, the brain fog and tiredness.

Please feel free to join in on all the areas of the forum and ask questions and give folks answers if you can. It is always a blessing when new members join the forum.
