Hi & welcome Alice!
I have a constant headache and fatigue as well. I don't have a whole lot of answers for you, but I've gotten help from acupuncture for my head. Not immediate, but long term it has lessened some, and I take chinese herbs for various symptoms. It's expensive though, so I started it after I ran out of other options. Other little things that I find helpful are cold washcloths on my forehead and eyes, a heavy eye pillow on my eyes when pressure feels nice, eating more frequently and eating more protein specifically...sometimes eating a higher fat food helps, drinking looots of water, taking sleep medication so that I can actually get a break from it (my sleep is still rough but I can sleep in a little. I take amitriptyline & Trazodone), keeping my bedroom cold (for me, a migraine feels even worse when I'm hot), not pushing myself to exhaustion (and that happens pretty easily for me), and DISTRACTION. I'm telling you, tv gets me through a lot of days. Sometimes I need peace and quiet though. I've gone to a headache specialist and tried a long list of things. He did tell me that some people are helped by taking magnesium at a higher dose (400-600mg per day). I haven't tried it yet but in my literature it says the main side effect is gastrointestinal stuff (diarrhea), but I'm sure it differs greatly from person to person. Some people on this forum find magnesium also helps with muscle pain. I have a lot of fatigue as well, spending most my time in bed. Fatigue is rough. I just got a shower chair that makes that task easier. I hope you find some things that work for you, I'm so sorry you hurt. You are not alone here.
