The pain that some of you have may only be for a few hours or stay a few days >>> we all deal with this are own way and it can be hard for some to cope with and talk about >>>>> it is so much better if you have a friend or family that is there for you and understands this pain >>>> so do not be shy and tell someone about this.

So very true, and to spread awareness so that others might have an easier time. I'd love to see the demographics or statistics on fibromyalgia, from what I've read and seen around the Internet, if you can judge things by that, it seems to be becoming more prevalent.
