Pain

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest the best way to ease the pain I'm in I can barely walk I'm in agony it's my hips I'm newly diagnosed I think this is a flare up how do I deal with this is it best to rest or just keep going x

Try cold ice pack, or warm heating pad, ibeprofin.

My hips are horrible, always in pain. I have a hard time laying on my side. I have a lot of pain in my legs too. I rest when I can, I have used a heating pad and it does help. I have used ibuprofen but you don't want to take too much of that long term. I take Gabapentin but honestly it does not seem to help. Nothing is working for my pain, It is depressing.
