Pins and needles in feet

well title says it all, I have bad numbness in my feet on the bottom ,like ant are crawling about.i also have killing wrist pain that shoots up my forearm , and can't put any weight on it.
I'm also have numb lips beilived it or not what's going on .? I see a Dr Monday not mine as he is away ,but this is driving me nuts .
