i love olives there very good for you if you can eat them ,and if u can't olive oil is just as good.
Olives have numerous health benefits, including being rich in Vitamins (in particular Vitamin E), minerals, monounsaturated fats, and antioxidants. They are full of nutritional value, helping to fight against a number of critical diseases; including cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis, constipation, inflammation and asthma.there also good for the immune system
 
I put a bunch of olives on my salad today. Thanks for the inspiration, Forgetmenot.
