Trust me, no dumb questions! When it comes to fibromyalgia symptoms there is no such thing. There are times when I know I'm putting too much in the basket and times when I am shocked to learn others are having the same issues! Nausea is a new and awful thing for me.
 
Also...just fyi, I live with someone with Celiac Disease so our household is already gluten free by necessity. It usually isn't part of our program here, but I admit I did consume it last weekend. I only consume gluten a couple of times per year, really. Might explain one episode of serious nausea, but not all?
 
Just want to say my little bit here about nausea. I make the following drink that I find helps with my nausea, it is refreshing and has anti inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:
- 3 small slices of fresh ginger
- 1 lemon slice
- 4 cardomon pods
Method:
Place the above ingredients in a small saucepan.
Add about three cups of water.
Bring to boil and simmer for about 7 minutes.
Drain and drink with some honey and a few shakes of turmeric powder.
