Hello all, this is my first time posting on this forum.
I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 2019 which my consultant thinks was triggered by childbirth.
I'm fortunate in that my symptoms aren't debilitating, I can cope ok (most of the time). For the past few months or so i keep getting what feels like restless leg syndrome but in my arms! It's so weird but it's freaking me about a bit now. This also extends into my hands and when I yawn my finger twitches/lifts itself up. Does anyone else have this? I hate going online because it creates the fear that there's something more serious and I suffer with awful health anxiety as it is . Look forward to your replies.
